breakfast-a handful of blueberry cereal + 10 almonds
lunch-1 glass of blueberry smoothie
dinner-5 spoons of rice,1 hard boil egg,1 tau pok,lil bitsy of lor meat.
day 2:
breakfast-a handful of blueberry cereal + 10 almonds + grape juice
lunch- nt intend to eat
dinner- see whats for dinner.
so far so good.
now weights 58 on a empty stomach[at the mrn if u dont get it]
