i shall call this a grow-hair-mantain-weight diet.
mrn: blueberry cereal/bread with cheese + 15 almonds + OJ/yogurt grape juice
brunch: water
lunch: chicken/salmon/tuna + soyamilk
lunchinner: water
dinner: rice+ vegetables+ seafood/meat
supper: milk[optional]
i guess its time to say bb to brunchinner already.
breakfast+lunch+dinner FYI.
